Where can you find oversized screws for the adjustable or which aftermarket screw and locknut works for the stock adjustable rockers, 12 out of the 16 does not take anything to turn them.

Sounds like you'll be needing a whole set of 16 or you could just buy a set of 4 and see if they'll work for you

I prefer converting to the jam nut arrangement with the Crane adjusters. They are about $60 a set at your favorite parts place. Just Google this;

Me too, may add a smidge of weight, but in the end, you have an adjustment you don't need to worry about.

I bought a set of adjusters from Alex's parts recently. I couldn't get them to thread into the rockers. The thread OD was waaaay too big. But I will say...they are hard as hell! I ruined a thread file trying to dress one down.

I found the Cranes on Amazon for $55.59 with two day shipping and got them coming, thanks everyone for your input and help.
