Updated performance numbers and vehicle weight. First good test on a good track this year, the only upgrade/change from last years numbers were the installation of Jays water pump adapter and the CVR water pump and spall dual 11" fans, from a Edelbrock w.p. and a semi flex fan. Before it was 10.675 @ 125.25, for a few years, now 10.584 @ 126.25. Seems to rev quicker, maybe some due to weather/ track, but stiil a good gain. Temperature control was right on.

According to the "dream wheel" (Moroso Power and Speed Calculator), that change in ET correlates to about 13-14 horsepower, which is probably what you picked up at the rear wheels with the water pump and fans. Congrats on the improvement!

Told the dyno guy to stop at about 6k as I usually shift at 6k-6.3k .
Almost identical readings with the air filter on/off, I run the Blue Thunder 2 1/4 " 2x4 oval when racing

Great times! Thanks for all the details, including the car weight w/wo driver. Love the Joliet track btw as it's built for both the fans and racers!

What is the difference in horsepower from regular dyno to chassis dyno or should I say what is the horsepower loss

Super nice !

Wow. That video makes my heart skip a beat.

That is good stuff. I quickly read the hp/ torque numbers and missed that they were rear wheel numbers until I went back. I’m thinking that car is fast for (only) 500 hp.
Using a conservative 15 per cent parasitic drivetrain loss the hp at the flywheel would be 575 and torque a healthy 667.
I gotta check out the build story on your engine.
Congrats,
JB
