Title: Which intake gasket to cover this port?
Post by: 6667fan on April 09, 2019, 07:23:56 PM
That is a Mr Gasket 202 A shown. Notice the port peeking on the left side.
Thanks, JB

I think a gasket for Blue Thunder heads might work on that; Barry R might have those.  Or, buy gasket material and cut your own, I've had to do that on several occasions.

Not sure who's ports those are but I had similar issues with the 202a's on my Kuntz ports. I got some blue thunder gaskets and they would work with a little trimming but ultimately made my own gaskets and was much happier with the results.

What intake manifold do you use with the very wide intake port?
Do you require offset lifters to move the pushrod?
I would assume the intake needs modifications as well.

Cheers

Barry, can ya’ get a set to me? I bought a worked Victor from Jay and my builder will have it next week. Be nice if he did not have to make ‘em up in the shop. He thinks the 1247-S3 might cover even after trimming. You would know for sure.
Call or text me.
Thanks,
